Week of 3/18/19
Hi Parents,
Need to know:
Play 60 is Friday March 29th! Two field trip permission slips were sent home last week. Please make sure that you return both signed as soon as possible. There is no amount of money due to participate in this event.
Our class will go out at 9am. Please send your child to school in athletic clothes and shoes. Make sure they bring a water bottle, wear sunscreen, and they may wear a hat if they choose.

Literacy:We will begin a unit on poetry, prose, and drama.
Math: We will be learning about displaying data on a number line and interpreting information based on a number line. We will also use our knowledge of fractions and money to help us understand decimals.
Health: We will be working on a nutrition unit. We will start with healthy eating habits.

- Nightly math homework Monday-Thursday
- Read their SSR book 20 minutes a night Mon-Thurs.
- This book is sent home and in a zip-lock bag and brought back to school daily.
