Hi Parents,
Thank you to everyone who helped us have a successful field trip to Raleigh! The kids had a great time!
Need to know:
Fly Pep rally is Friday 5/10 @ 2pm
EOG Related:
Due to the EOGs we will need to move our lunch time on May 23rd and 29th. We will eat lunch from 12:15-12:40.

Poetry Slam June 5h 8:15-9
The students have been reading and writing poetry. We invite all parents to come in and visit us to hear some of the poems we’ve been working on.
Pirate Day June 6th
After EOGs we will be learning about the pirates of North Carolina. We will culminate our learning by dressing like a pirate!
End of the year party June 7th 1:45-2:45

Literacy: We will be reviewing concepts we’ve learned throughout the school year in preperation for the EOG..
Math:We will finish our first unit on geometry and begin a unit on lines, angles, and shapes.
